In October 1993, claimant filed a claim for workers' compensation benefits for hearing loss due to exposure to noise during the years of his employment as a pressman. By decisions of a Workers' Compensation Law Judge, occupational disease, notice and causal relationship (hereinafter ODNCR) were established and claimant was awarded benefits based upon findings of a July 17, 1995 last date of exposure and an October 17, 1995 date of disablement.
