GARDNER, Judge:

Jason Brimmer (Brimmer) appeals from his conviction for trafficking in a controlled substance within 1,000 yards of a school in violation of Kentucky Revised Statute (KRS) 218A.1411. Brimmer maintains that a Montessori school is not a "school" for purposes of KRS 218A.1411 and therefore, this Court must reverse his conviction.
