This case is brought pursuant to 47 U.S.C. § 605, which, in relevant part, prohibits unauthorized persons from intercepting radio communications and divulging or using the contents of those communications. Plaintiff, at relevant times, was the holder of a radio station license issued by the Federal Communications Commission.
