Following a jury trial, defendant was convicted as charged on two felony counts of driving while intoxicated (see, Vehicle and Traffic Law § 1192 [2], [3]; § 1193 [1] [c]) and one count of criminal impersonation in the second degree. Defendant's motion to set aside the verdict was denied. As a result, defendant's driver's license was revoked, he was fined $1,000 and sentenced to concurrent terms of imprisonment, the maximum of which is 1...
