PER CURIAM:

This case arises out of a dispute over an arbitration award that was confirmed by the district court for the Northern District of Alabama. The sole issue on appeal is whether venue was proper in that court. We affirm.

Plaintiff, Bill Harbert Construction Company, entered into an agreement to build a wood chip mill for defendant, Cortez Byrd Chips, Inc., in Brookhaven, Mississippi. The agreement provided for arbitration of "[a]ll claims or disputes...
