Turner appeals, contending (1) there is insufficient evidence to support one of his armed robbery convictions; (2) the trial court erred when it failed to charge the jury on the lesser included offense of robbery by intimidation; (3) the trial court should not have admitted evidence of his escape from the county jail before his trial; and (4) he received ineffective assistance of counsel...
