Knudson, J.:

Ruby Meyer appeals the district court's interpretation of Marie R. Mildrexter's last will and testament and the denial of her request for attorney fees. We affirm.

Marie Mildrexter died testate on May 28, 1995. Her rather lengthy will delineated bequests of personal effects in paragraphs 4 through 23. These bequests were to various family members and included such items as latch-hook rugs, jewelry, diamonds, a tablecloth, quilts, dishes, afghans...
