Jamerrel Everett appeals from a judgment of conviction for second-degree sexual assault of a child under sixteen years of age pursuant to § 948.02(2), STATS. The charge followed Everett's waiver from juvenile court in Racine county. The conviction followed a jury's guilty verdict in Waukesha county.
