The defendant, Owens-Corning Fiberglas Corporation, appeals the district court's denial of its motion for judgment as a matter of law in this asbestos-related injury case. A jury found in favor of Ann Becht, the plaintiff, and allocated 40% of the total liability to Owens-Corning.
