Merlin Ragas appeals his conviction for attempted aggravated rape. For the following reasons, we affirm.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Defendant Merlin J. Ragas was charged, by grand jury indictment, with aggravated rape, a violation of La.Rev.Stat. 14:42, and attempted aggravated crime against nature, a violation of La.Rev.Stat. 14:89.1, to which he plead not guilty. Following trial by a twelve-person jury, Mr. Ragas was found guilty...
