Adaly Mendez appeals the lower court's Final Judgment. For the reasons that follow, we reverse.

A review of the facts indicates that a vehicle driven by Manuel Mendez was hit by a vehicle driven by defendant Dulce Lopez, now deceased. The passengers in Manuel's vehicle included Santa Mendez (Manuel's wife), Adaly Mendez (their minor daughter) and Elsa Vivian Machado (Adaly's grandmother). These four filed...
