Plaintiffs Marilee and Michael Seef filed a medical malpractice action against defendants Ingalls Memorial Hospital and Dr. Frank Sutkus to recover damages for the wrongful death of their son. Plaintiffs appeal from the circuit court's order dismissing the hospital as a defendant and from the court's judgment on the jury verdict in favor of Dr. Sutkus.
