Jack Enic Clark was convicted by jury trial of one count of sodomy and one count of statutory rape. On November 8, 1996, two months before trial, appellant moved for, inter alias, disclosure of the complaining witness' prior medical records and an independent medical examination ("IME") of the complaining witness.
