MEMORANDUM OPINION

JARVIS, District Judge.

This is an action brought pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990(ADA), 42 U.S.C. § 12101, et seq. It was tried to a jury beginning on April 27, 1999. Following the close of plaintiff's proof, defendant's motion for judgment as a matter of law was granted pursuant to Rule 50(a), Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
