Heard on the Complaint of Gerald and Kathleen Connell against the Debtors, John and Linda Sheehan, to determine the dischargeability of their debt to the Connells. At the close of the Plaintiffs' evidence, the Sheehans moved to dismiss the Complaint for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted.
