Harold Gene Willrich appeals from a summary judgment granted in favor of his former employer, M.D. Anderson Hospital, on his claim that he was terminated from his employment due to racial discrimination. Willrich contends that the trial court erred in failing to grant him an extension of time to respond to the motion for summary judgment and in ruling that M.D. Anderson had shown as a matter of law that Willrich was terminated...
