KENNEDY, Circuit Judge.

Eddie D. Jeter appeals from the sentence he received after pleading guilty to various federal offenses.1 He argues that the district court erred in denying him a three-level sentence reduction for acceptance of responsibility. For the reasons set forth below, we VACATE the decision of the district court.
