BUCKLO, District Judge.

On June 13, 1997, Defendant Joseph Earl Cook pleaded guilty to bank robbery in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a). No appeal was filed. He was sentenced to 37 months in prison on September 10, 1997. Mr. Cook now brings this motion under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 to vacate, set aside or correct his sentence on grounds of ineffective assistance of counsel and violation of his right to a speedy trial...
