For the reasons discussed in the consolidated case of Kathy Gates Whitehead v. Kansas City Southern Railway Company, 99-896 (La.App. 3 Cir. 12/22/99); 758 So.2d 211, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. Costs of appeal are assessed to Kansas City Southern Railway Company.
