Defendant-appellant Abraham P. Wall challenges the sentence imposed by the district court after he pleaded guilty to possessing marijuana with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). The issue for our decision is whether, for purposes of sentencing Wall, the district court properly included certain incidents as relevant conduct pursuant to United States Sentencing Guideline § 1B1.3(a)(2).
