Appellant Elisabeth Saret-Cook ("Saret-Cook") sued her employer, respondent law firm Gilbert, Kelly, Crowley & Jennett ("respondent GKCJ"), and an individual partner in that firm, respondent Clifford Woosley (the "individual respondent"), for wrongful termination, sex and pregnancy discrimination, sex harassment, and retaliation. The individual respondent cross-complained for intentional infliction of emotional distress; invasion of privacy, etc...
