This is an appeal from a final order dismissing appellants' ("the Abele Group") complaint for constructive trust and tortious interference against the appellees, Dantos, and for injunctive relief against all of the appellees. The underlying transaction for which relief was sought involved a failed land and construction transaction. We affirm the trial court's dismissal of the constructive trust count against the Dantos because they did not hold the property...
