Father appeals from a disposition decision that transferred custody of his son to the Commissioner of the Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services (SRS). He claims that there was no evidence that transferring custody was necessary to promote the best interests of his son. The State contends that the evidence was sufficient to support the decision, and the juvenile has joined the State's brief....
