This case arises from the alleged work-place sexual harassment of plaintiff Deborah Briggs by a co-worker, Robert Andrews. As a Postal Service employee, plaintiff was required to pursue her grievances through administrative channels applicable to employees of federal government agencies. Defendant William J. Henderson, Postmaster General of the U.S. Postal Service Agency, has moved to dismiss the counts against him...
