In this civil action, plaintiffs Patrick Harrison and Kim Hanscom seek a declaratory judgment pursuant to New Hampshire Revised Statutes Annotated (RSA) 491:22. They allege that defendant Allstate Insurance Company is obligated to provide underinsured motorist benefits to them under the uninsured-underinsured motorist (UIM) provisions of Harrison's automobile insurance policy issued by Allstate.
