Plaintiff Vernon Peden was awarded damages for injuries he suffered in an automobile accident on January 10, 1995. Defendant USAA Property & Casualty Insurance appeals this judgment, arguing that the trial court's factual finding that Peden suffered a nine month soft tissue injury was clearly wrong.
