This is an appeal from a trial court's granting of summary judgment. We affirm.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

Kathleen Cimo Guidry Aultman was employed by Consolidated Technical Services, Inc. from November 1978 to September 1982. During this period of time, Mrs. Aultman embezzled more than $50,000.00 from the company. In time, Mrs. Aultman's embezzlement of funds was discovered.
