In this will contest, the trial judge found that the executor, Marvin Greenwald (Greenwald), exerted undue influence over the testator, Elliot Louis Landsman (Landsman), in the making of two wills, one in 1988 and the other in 1990. Greenwald does not contest the finding of undue influence in the making of the 1990 will, but he appeals from the judge's finding that he exerted undue influence over the decedent...
