This matter comes before the Court on the Motion of Valeria Griffin and Debbie King (the "Movants") to Vacate the Arbitrator's Decision which was reached following binding arbitration (the "Motion"). The Dalkon Shield Claimants Trust (the "Trust") opposes the Motion. Upon consideration of the parties' pleadings, and after a hearing held on this matter on December 14, 1998, the Court makes the following Findings...
