Appellant Louis Jirik, on behalf of his minor daughter Danielle Marie Jirik, challenges the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of respondent Auto Owners Insurance Company. He argues that the trial court misapplied the law in ruling that Danielle was limited to the UIM coverage available for the vehicle that she occupied when she was injured and could not recover on a UIM policy insuring an uninvolved vehicle.
