Father objected to the appointment of a Personal Representative in South Dakota, claiming South Dakota did not have jurisdiction over daughter's estate. The circuit court, Third Judicial Circuit, Codington County, determined South Dakota has jurisdiction over the estate because the domicile of the deceased at the time of her death...
