We are asked to decide whether the Court of Appeals or the Ingham Circuit Court has jurisdiction to review certain interlocutory orders of the Public Service Commission (PSC). We hold that, by statute, any order "fixing any rate or rates, fares, charges, classifications, joint rate or rates, or any order fixing any regulations, practices, or services" is appealable as of right to this Court whether or not it is a final order.
