Edwin and Bonnie Massey appeal the dismissal of their claims against State Farm Fire and Casualty Company, the commercial general liability insurer of defendant, Pete Parker d/b/a Parker Construction Company. For the following reasons, we reverse in part, affirm in part, and remand for further proceedings.
