Arvid and Karen Frankenhoff appeal from an order of the superior court dismissing their tort claims against Bernard Food Industries, Inc. ("Bernard Foods") and Shefsky & Froelich, Ltd. Bernard Foods is an Illinois-based food wholesaler; Shefsky & Froelich is a Chicago law firm. The Frankenhoffs, who were originally named as defendants in this proceeding, impleaded Bernard Foods and Shefsky & Froelich as additional defendants in their counterclaims...
