Defendant Demetrius Jackson ("Jackson") appeals his conviction for possession with intent to deliver crack cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), and 18 U.S.C. § 2, and possession of crack cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 844, and 18 U.S.C. § 2.
