Appellant Charles Hawken, a school service employee, appeals a ruling of the Circuit Court of Hancock County, in which the court reversed an earlier decision of an administrative law judge that had awarded Hawken back pay, benefits, and reinstatement to the "Supervisor of Maintenance" position in the Hancock County School System.
