Derek Miller appeals the judgment committing him as a sexually violent person to a secure mental health unit or facility pursuant to §§ 980.05 and 980.06(2)(b), STATS., and from an order denying his post-commitment motion. He argues that the trial court erred when it found that the "other facility" language in § 980.06(2)(b), STATS., 1995-96, did not provide a third option for placement of sexually violent persons.
