WILLIAMS, Judge.

The defendant, Darryl Howard, was indicted by a grand jury for aggravated rape, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:42, second degree kidnapping, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:44.1 and aggravated burglary, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:60. After a jury trial, the defendant was found guilty as charged. He was sentenced to serve life imprisonment at hard labor without benefit of parole, probation or suspension of sentence...
