This matter came before the Court for a hearing on approximately twenty motions filed by four of the seven defendants originally charged in this case. Prior to the hearing on the motions, defendants Roger Ramirez and Jose Ismael Medina-Torres entered guilty pleas, and the motions they had filed therefore became moot and were not argued.
