This involuntary bankruptcy situation began in August 1991. Since it is now in this court, with the appeal argued this year, the question is why has so little been accomplished in so long a time. The bankruptcy court and the district court had little trouble in placing much of the blame on counsel for appellants, with the district court imposing sanctions on counsel in the amount of $1,500 for knowingly filing an inaccurate affidavit...
