Plaintiff, Joseph DeAngelis, brought this action for damages against attorneys who represented his daughter, Denise Tarulli, in matrimonial dissolution litigation. Plaintiff executed a written guarantee of the fees to be charged his daughter by defendant attorneys, Arthur Rose, Lorraine Breitman, and Rose & DeFuccio.
