JONES, District Judge.

In this Employee Retirement Income Security Act case, I grant the defendants' motion for summary judgment.

The plaintiff, Pearline Bulls, initially filed this action in the Circuit Court of Wise County, Virginia, claiming that prior to beginning her employment with the defendants, she was promised that she would have the opportunity to participate in an employer-sponsored retirement plan.
