Plaintiffs commenced this civil action seeking a declaratory judgment that coverage exists for damages Winford Green ("Green") incurred as a result of an automobile accident. Currently before the court is the motion for summary judgment brought on behalf of separate defendant Farmers Insurance Company ("Farmers").
