McMILLAN, Judge.

The appellant, Travis Johnson, pleaded guilty to felony DUI. The indictment charged that he had violated § 32-5A-191(a)(2) and § 32-5A-191(h), Ala.Code 1975. He was sentenced to five years' imprisonment and was ordered to pay a fine of $4,100.
