Gary E. Jewel, appellant, appeals his conviction for two counts of grand larceny by false pretenses. He argues the trial court erred by allowing the Commonwealth to impeach him by using a prior conviction order, which indicated that he entered guilty pleas to two charges but did not contain the trial court's findings of guilt or its imposition of a sentence. He also contends the trial court erred in refusing to give his proffered jury instruction...
