Appellant Kelius Gerard Manoy ("Appellant") pleaded guilty before a jury to the offense of aggravated robbery. After a punishment hearing, the jury sentenced Appellant to ninety-nine years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice—Institutional Division and a $10,000.00 fine.
