698 N.Y.S.2d 561

In the Matter of the Claim of MARTHA MILES, Appellant, v. STATE INSURANCE FUND, Respondent. WORKERS' COMPENSATION BOARD, Respondent.

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Third Department.

Decided December 2, 1999.

Crew III, J.

Claimant sought workers' compensation benefits for workrelated stress stemming from her demotion and corresponding reassignment of duties at her place of employment.
