MARING, Justice.

[¶ 1] Eric Alan Hill appealed from a judgment of conviction, upon a jury verdict finding him guilty of two counts of gross sexual imposition and one count of terrorizing. We affirm.

[¶ 2] Hill was charged with class B felony gross sexual imposition under N.D.C.C. § 12.1-20-03 for engaging in sexual contact with a 13-year-old female by touching her private parts with his fingers and tongue. Hill was charged with class A felony...
