("the Debtor"), the owner of an operating restaurant/pub in the Philadelphia International Airport ("the Airport") and a larger yet-unopened facility at the Reading Terminal Headhouse in downtown Philadelphia ("the Headhouse"), and the above-captioned adversary proceeding ("the Proceeding") removed to this court...
