At the core of this appeal is the issue of federal bankruptcy jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1334(b). Plaintiff-Appellant Randall and Blake, Inc. ("R&B") is a judgment creditor of J.R. Canion, Jr. ("Canion").
